I've never purchased a pre-owned marker before, what should I expect?
We take pride in having the best reconditioning process in the industry. Each marker is thoroughly cleaned, fully serviced, and rigorously tested for perfect functionality. Expect a marker that’s ready for the field the moment you unbox it.
Can you elaborate on condition ratings?
Unfortunately, there is no universal rating system for the condition of paintball markers or gear. However, we try our best to follow these guidelines:
- 10 - NEW
- 9.5 - Used but flawless
- 9 - Very minor flaws
- 8.5 - Multiple minor flaws
- 8 - Moderate wear
Any item rated below an 8 will include a brief summary outlining its wear.
I've decided to accept a trade quote, how do I proceed?
The trade process begins once the quoted amount (if applicable) is paid. After payment is received, your deal is locked in and your new marker is removed from the site. You can then ship your marker to us at your earliest convenience. As soon as we receive your trade-in(s) and verify that everything is functioning properly, your new marker will ship within 24 hours. You can start the trade process anytime through the “Trade/Sell” section of our website.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free on orders over $50. Delivery times and carriers may vary based on your location and the size of your order. If you have a preferred carrier or would like to request expedited shipping, feel free to contact us at shipping@pbexchange.com or through our integrated chat feature.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If you run into any issues, our tech support team is ready to help you get back on the field.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition. Brand new products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders canceled before shipping or return-to-sender items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
